How does customer matching work?
We search for your existing customer record by business name first, then by email. Your business name must match exactly how it appears in our records.
What if I don't want to renew?
Simply select "I do not want to renew" and we'll note your preference. Your domain will be allowed to expire naturally.
Can I renew for multiple years?
Yes! You can select renewal periods of 1, 2, 3, 5, or 10 years depending on your needs.
What if I have multiple domains?
You can submit multiple requests, one for each domain. Each will be processed separately.
